Angus Logs is a Scotland based firewood producer, specialising in supplying high-quality, force dried hardwood and softwood logs to retailers and resellers across the UK.
Who We Are:
- Family run, operating from our farm on the East Coast of Scotland.
- We operate three processing lines where logs are cut and split by Posch processors.
- Dedicated biomass drying facilities ensure all logs are guaranteed below 20% moisture content.
- Our facilities can produce 500m³ per week of dried logs.
- Maintain a rolling stock of c.1200m³ (loose volume) at any time.
Secure Timber Supply:
- Most of our 2026 raw timber is already on-site.
- Timber sourced from sustainably managed forests and as close to our Scottish processing plant as possible. We only chose woods that are good for burning – mixture of hardwoods including ash, birch, beech, sycamore and oak.
- Softwoods consist of larch, fir, spruce and pine.
- Backed by strong relationships with Scottish timber merchants through our biofuels business, and owner Rory’s previous career in Scottish land management we’ve been purchasing thousands of tonnes annually for over 8 years which allows us to offer a highly reliable, long-term supply.
Quality Assurance:
- All logs are cleaned after the drying process using a Posch XL disc cleaner, producing very clean product samples.
- Certified under:
- Woodsure (WS2314)
- Ready to Burn scheme
- BSL registered (firewood and woodchip)
Bulk bags
We can also pack bulk bags for you. We have plain white bags or you can supply your own branded bags for us to fill.
These are delivered on a curtainsider. Our bags are 80cm x 80cm x 80cm so 112 can fit on a curtain sided flatbed artic lorry. You will require a forklift or telehandler with pallet tines capable of lifting these bags for off-loading.

Delivery options:
We partner with a local firm for transport, allowing us to keep delivery costs to a minimum. Alternatively arrange pick up from our yard.
Deliveries are made on a walking floor lorry, allowing the logs to be deposited where required. Max load hardwood 90 m³ and max load softwood 100 m³.
Lorry trailer size: 45ft long x 14ft 11 high
Payment terms
After confirmation of order, you will be invoiced. Invoices require to be settled before delivery unless you have set up a credit account with us.
